Installation was a snap though and it was recognized by WinXP immediately upon first boot after installation was complete. I definately recommend this combo, and I am going to buy another. Comments: A smart, compact design - installed mitsumi card reader, fit well in the Coolermaster Centurion case, adn XP Pro mitsumi card reader up the new hardware without issue. Newegg was great about the RMA, adn I'm sure the replacement will work just fine.
